Dr. Rahmo and Evelyne Nasser Temporary Shelter Home

The CAP – Temporary Shelter Home opened in 2006, with the goal of attending to men who, due to circumstances, are homeless, and have no conditions to afford sheltering. For a limited period, they may reside at the Shelter Home, while searching for new life perspectives and social inclusion.

Those who benefit by this program are men of up to 65 years of age, with no family links, and presenting good health conditions physically and mentally, without problems that would require specialized treatment.

Ten Yad’s social worker fixes the stay period at the home after interviews and the registration of all necessary data, which is re-evaluated periodically to consider the person’s situation and social reintegration.
